I get a lot of error messages from alsactl. ld10k1 work fine, but I believe at when the system quit, alsactl store the mixer setting, and at the next boot, alsactl load them before at ld10k1 have loaded the init_audigy. So the name of the mixer settings don't correspond between the alsa driver and init_audigy.
I think at it must be at least 2 ways to get ride of those error messages:
1) load ld10k1 and init_audigy before running alsactl. But the change in my boot script will be lost with every /etc/init.d/alsasound upgrade.
2) Modify init_audigy or do an init_audigy2 script with the same mixer names as in the alsa driver.
According to /proc/asound/cards, the card is an Audigy 2 [SB0240]
(rev.4, serial:0x10071102) at 0x9400
If I choose to modify init_audigy, is it enough to modify the --patch_name --conadd in the input sections according to /usr/src/Documentation/sound/alsa/Audigy-mixer.txt ?
