#23 sudo initialization doesn't work

version 1.6.8, win7 client with oracle java, servers are centos 6.5 boxes.

tried using a nonprivileged user using sudo. all necessary configuration done to make sure nonpriv user can run all that is necessary for lcmc. lcmc still tries to copy gui-helper to /usr/local/bin despite SETENV: is also set for nonpriv user in the sudoers file. consequently, it cannot write the file, and cannot execute it. regression? (this bug was supposedly fixed in around 1.2.1)
