To reproduce:

1. Install Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst
2. Install and run LCD Smartie
3. Run Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst

Behaviour:

The Game Guard anti-piracy software causes the
following problem: LCD Smartie crashes and throws up a
close / restart application dialog which, if the timing
is off, also closes down Phantasy Star Online Blue
Burst (because PSOBB does not support Alt-Tab switching).
