#33 MatrixOrbital: Crash on resume from standy (S3)

Using the 5.3 final release as well as some previous
RC, the application crashes coming back from standby
(S3). Basically the problem is:

exception message : write failed: #31: A device
attached to the system is not functioning..

I would assume that it is trying to communicate with
the Matrix Orbital MX211 USB before it is fully awake.
The work around with LCDC was to have it wait a certain
time on resume.
