#99 Custom character in the menu

I would be happy to be able to insert custom characters
in the menu. In english you would have Prev in the
winamp menu, but in swedish you would have Föregĺende
(If you cant see any spcial characters in the word it
has o with dots and a a with a ring). The o with dots
works very well, but not the a with a ring above. Thats
why I want to add the custom character (that I've made)
into the menu so I can have the menu in swedish.

Instead of the English Previous I should use
Föreg%c6ende, but it doesnt work.
