#94 Direct playlist access

Uice supports a feature called Direct playlist access,
if I key in '59' (remote or keyboard) it jumps to number
59 in playlist.

I thought the jump to key###key function in lcdplugin
did the same thing, but I got it wrong? It doesn't work
at all (tried at 2 systems).

There can be a smooth implementation in LCDplugin, just
like the volume bar (you don't see it, untill you change
the volume)
example: I want to play file 35, I key in '035' (for +100
numbers) And the display outputs 'Jump to no 035)
