#23 com port buttons

i have these hamo-made buttons connected to my com-
port, maybe you can implement them into the plugin.
it uses 4 buttons, here's how the buttons were made:

Switch 1: pin: 8 -> 4
Switch 2: pin: 6 -> 4
Switch 3: pin: 9 -> 4
Switch 4: pin: 1 -> 4
