#77 Several bugs in 0.6.4a

Using Win98Se following bugs do occur:
1. User defined Chars from 1 to 3 are reset to default
when entering and exiting menu
2. Irritations are caused when user-defined Chars are
used in date/time setting
3. scrolling is disabled when length of field not set
4. Volume bar and spectrum analyzer don´t work
5. Sets do not automatically change when switch set
on... option/s are enabled
6. Shutdown, reboot, hibernate and standby options only
logoff workstation without exiting winamp or doing the
desired action
