#71 Parallell input bug and others

Based on LC Display plugin version 0.6.3 Alpha

My system:
Windows 98 se
Winamp v2.91
Hitachi HD44780A00 2x24 in an 5,25" unit 8-bit interface

* Show hh:mm:ss only if needed, mm:ss otherwise
* Help windows on output page doesn't show the new
variables
* Tab order are wrong on some pages.
* Blank screen when you delete a output set that is
curretly selected by intervall.
Like when you hit the config button while intervall is on
output set 1 and then delete output set 1.
No funktion to return to output set 0.
* What's the difference between "Keyboard"
and "Winamp Keyboard". I can't any difference in the
way they work.
* If you edit an input and deside to change Button ID
and then press enter, you end up with a new input with
the new Button ID that you "changed" and tha same
actions as the input you intended to edit.
* Selecting Enable in Winlirc input an then press connect
or disconnect result in enable being unselected.
Also when enable is unselected.
* Parallell input doesn't work correct.

When I Press XXX I get = result:
Key 1 A Play = Rewind 5s
Key 2 B Stop = FastForward 5s
Key 3 C FastForward 5s = Stop
Key 4 D Rewind 5s = Play
Key 5 E Pause = Pause

Parallel status register looks like this

Data is wrongly swapped

Matrix keypad doesn't work at all, no Y signals.

One time Plugin crash when pressing open in parallell
input page.
One time pressing it twice as well.
One time it crashed when I closed Winamp, tried to
restart my computer and got two
"program doesn't respond message" with the
headlines "Wave Output Volume Msg Wnd" and "Master
Output Volume Msg Wnd".
I played around a lite bit and I ended up with 4 active
Winamp in Process Viewer, that I previously had closed.
Plugin only crash when parallell input is enabled.
* In the input properties you have Winamp: FastForward
and Winamp: Forward 5s.
They are the same, they both advance the music with
5s.
Remove one of them.
* In gen_LCD.ini in Keypad section under keymatrix, it
says that y can be 1 to 11.
Where sould I put the 11th y signal.
