#33 %v macro problems

The %v macro only updates its value when you restart the
plugin. If you assign two keys, one for volume up and
another one for volume down, the volume works but the %v
macro doesn't change at all.

    I have tried this also and it reflects changes in volume
    immediately like it's supposed to. The only problem is that
    only shows changes in the master volume control. It should
    display changes in the winamp/wave volume control instead.
    You could also set up a separate macro for the wave vol so
    that users can choose which one they want to use.

    Yes, the volume needs some additional work. It doesn't work
    on every system as it's supposed to.
    You can set it to the master and or wave volume in the
    output variable configuration. But as said before, it
    doesn't work with every sound driver...
