[Lcdp-ccna] practice exam next Monday!

As well as doing the Chapter 9, 10, and 11 exams next Monday night (March
31st.) we will also be getting the practice exam (which covers Chapters
1-15). This was confirmed by Geoffrey tonight.

The week after (April 7th.) is the last week in Quarter One of the Cisco
CCNA course so we get the first 'final'.

In addition somewhere along the way there are also the Chapter exams for 12,
13, 14, and 15.
