Hi,

The following patch does subject.
It's a partial rework of my precedent patch for kernel 2.6.21, but it
now defines the u32 and u64 types with typedef, and it defines
__KERNEL__ for rdtscl() definition.
I'd like to have your opinion on it, as I don't know whether a proper
way to compile it exists.
