[lcd4linux] Updating wiki

Hi

Thanks again for a great little utility which I've been using since 
about 2005!

I have a minor edit for the wiki, since I have no login perhaps I can 
post it here for an administrator to slip it in?

The packages hosted for openSuSE are no longer at

http://software.opensuse.org/download/LCD

Instead they are at

http://software.opensuse.org/package/lcd4linux?search_term=lcd4linux#

There is no package listed for 12.1 or 12.2 (current) but the one-click 
install named "factory" seems to work well for me on my 12.1 based file 
server.

Version is 0.11.0
