as you might well know, Michael is the one that calls the shots on new
released versions of   LCD4Linux.

I'm aware that LCD4linux is broken on Gentoo from your comments, but
there is little I can do.

As a personal thought I don't think the current SVN version is fit for
mainstream as some features are still not complete.

This particular project has a slow evolution process, as far as stable
versions are concerned. You will just have to deal with it for now,
sorry.

Good point, and I certainly agree. But even here Michael is the one to fix

These are my personal opinions, as my involvment with LCD4linux
decisions is little to inexistant.

p.s. don't forget that Michael has now other priorities, like that
child that keeps him from sleeping ;)
