[Lcd4linux-devel] New lcd4linux release

you wrote to this list recently[1] that the latest lcd4linux release
does not compile with GCC-4, while in its current SVN/CVS state it does.
In that message you also propose a new bugfix release. What is the state
on that?
With gcc-4 being standard in more and more distributions, this seems to
become a real problem. In Gentoo Linux, gcc-4 is stable for x86 for some
weeks now. That makes lcd4linux from source not installable anymore.

So, what's the status on a new release, or at least a bugfix release?
