Hi,

It seems like the KVV Plugin is compiled by default and always starts its 
polling thread, even if most of the users don't need it.

Wouldn't it make sense to have the plugin only start its polling thread if it 
is actually configured and in use?

Maybe set the default for "StationID" to -1, and only fork if its configured 
to something different?
