Hi,

i have started the project web page at http://www.harbaum.org/till/lcd2usb
There's much there yet, but the prototype shot and the current schematic
are already there.

I usually order them online. Shipping may be expensive for a single
mega8, but i ordered a nice blue 4*20 lcd as well ... with white
backlight :-)
