Do you really think so? at what price?

From what i know here in Portugal, the situation regarding
local hardware parts shops for hobbyists is less then perfect.

Microcontrollers are a hard beast to get... For example,
when i went shopping for an AVR 8515, i had to almost force
them to make a back order and it cost me 12=E2=82=AC (yes, twelve =
euro).

So is you could also provide them (optionally) I would be very
thankfull...
