Hi Dan,

I just checked in a first try with python: I tried to manage the
autoconf stuff for python (dear god, it's not that easy...), and
prepared an (empty) python plugin.

Could you please tell me your name so I can put it into the copyright
notice?

As a next step I'm going to add the python wrapper so that the plugin
does something senseful.

We should continue our discussions on the lcd4linux-devel list,
therefore I cc'ed my answer. Could you please subscribve there? Thanks!
