[lcd4linux] new driver: picuLCD

Hi there,

thanks to Nicu Pavel from iTuner Networks, there's a new driver
available: picoLCD!

This is the first LCD developed by iTuner but more LCD products will
follow (graphics/text).

Documentation will soon be added to the wiki.
