[lcd4linux] Scrolling Display

Hi All,

Ok so I have LCD4Linux 0.10.0 installed if that helps,
yes I use the exec command in the majority of my files so I am creating 
numerous threads.

When I close the file after the timeout I use Kill to kill the pid file, 
would this release the semphore ? if not how can I check to ensure that
the semphores are released after use ?
