[lcd4linux] ANNOUNCE: G-15 LCD Display

Hi David, Hi LCD4Linux users,

Thanks to David Ingram, there's a driver for the Logitech G15 Keyboard
Display in LCD4Linux CVS.

David, two points:

- could you please clean up the driver a bit, so the compiler does not
emit warnings? (looks like there are some unused functions and/or
parameters)

- would you mind creating a page in the Wiki and do some documentation?

If you need any help, please let me know!
