I'm afraid it is not, at least not at the moment.

If you mean the T6963 by "Toshiba", I'm quite sure they're not.

Well, this is probably the funniest data sheet I've ever seen: It
contains a process diagram of their quality assurance department, but no
real technical description of the display.

At the moment the farnell page is down (at least I cannot reach them),
but yesterday I did a bit googeling on the "PG320240" IIRC, and found
some pages about VDR's graphlcd-plugin... I read something about SED1330...

If you can provide any additional info about this display, I'm shure we
can write a driver together.
