Hi Lars, > I want to know, how it works with virtual rows. First, you should ask such questions on the mailing list (lcd...@li...) > I want to Use an 44780 Display with 4X20 Characters and > display more than 4 rows. > > How do I implantate the code? > > It won't work with my version (0.9.9) You should upgrade to the latest stable release 0.9.11 Virtual rows require that you specify the number of rows with the 'rows' keyword. Further, you have to specify the 'scroll' and 'turn' values. See the documentation on the lcd4linux homepage. If it still doesn't work for you, just post your config file here, and the output of 'lcd4linux -Fvv', then we will be able to help you. bye, Michael -- Michael Reinelt Tel: +43 676 3079941 Geisslergasse 4 Fax: +43 316 692343 A-8045 Graz, Austria e-mail: re...@eu... |
