[lcd4linux] How can I write a character on LCD using his 8 bits code?

I'm using the CVS version of lcd4linux.
I want to write on LCD the Celsius (=BA) character, (which has the 8 bits c=
ode 1101 1111) as the postfix of my Temp Widget.
How can I do it?
