AGREED !! Strange display, looks to me as its out of a stereo or somethin=
g=20
like that :) Damn manufacturers and thier connections...

i am certain it only has 14 pins!=20

i checked the chips, here they are:=20
1st in row is the M50530-001FP
2nd: M50524FP
3rd: M50521FP

ok, i have had a look at this, but i'd say it not possible with this kind=
 of=20
display, besause many wires are under the LCD (not the side where the chi=
ps=20
are on) and then they come back to the chipside. I dont think i could rem=
ove=20
the LCD without damaging/destroying it?! Its clamped onto the plate like =
all=20
the displays that i have seen are :( I could unclamp it but i fear destro=
ying=20
it as i said... But as time goes by seeing this LCD not working i get clo=
ser=20
to this option :)
