Hi all! i have an LCD with the M50530 controller. The display has 2 char-lines (2= 0=20 chars each) and one line with special signs. my problem now is, that i ca= nnot=20 use the wiring shown at the Displays-page, because the connector of my=20 display has only 14 pins, not 16! the question now is how to translate th= at=20 to get my display working?! anyone got an idea how to do this? i have goo= gled=20 a lot but didnt find anything useable, the datasheet of the M50530 doenst= =20 help either.=20 so far i only get the init-screen of the LCD, which means when i power it= up,=20 it shows one line dark (all pixels), one line light (no pixels) and the h= alf=20 of the special characters. thats all, when i start up lcd4linux nothing=20 happens, no wonder to the wiring i cant use... anyone got any ideas how to fix that? i'd be glad! thx, janK |
