[lcd4linux] rows and columns on my m50530 baseed lcd

Hi,

I have a 8x20 LCD based on a M50530 chip.

I'm only able to get all the LCD positions when I configure it as a 4x40
LCD. And then, the 1st defined row goes into the 1st LCD row _and_ 5th
LCD row. Same with the other rows.

Not a great thing - I only want to mention it.

In 8x20 mode, the first 4 positions of the rows 5 to 8 are always empty.
Don't know, whats the matter.
