[lcd4linux] hi, can anyone help me to get lcd4linux to start

hi,

i have a 20x4 LCD which is HD44780 compatible. i installed the lcd4linux
with no errors and made changes in the conf file for my display.
now i start lcd4linux but nothing happends. i tried it with "-options" but
i get the same resolution. i know that my display works under windows with
jaLCD's and other LCD software and under linux with LCDproc
(connectionType = winamp). i also made the changes you wrote in the wiring
diagram so i don't know what i should do next.

it will be nice if anyone can help me plz.
