There is no plugin for SMART or HD temperature at the moment. You could
try to use smartctl or hddtemp with the exec plugin.
smartctl may be hard to use because it prints out a lot of junk. Maybe
its possible to force it to just print the value yu're interested in.
with hddtemp it's easy: It has an option '-n' which prints only the
temperature. So
exec('/usr/sbin/hddtemp -n /dev/hda',1000)
should do the trick.
