At the moment, there's no support for scrolling. You can specify more
rows and/or columns than your display has, place widgets there, but the
additional rows/columns will not be used by now. In the (hopefully near)
future there will be some logic to move the fixed "display window" over
the (larger) layout area. But this is not implemented.
