Hi,
I've just downloaded the latest revision from CVS, and tried to configure
lcd4linux, but I can't make a usable lcd4linux.conf...
In /var/log/messages I get this:
Oct 5 18:26:06 calavera ppdev0: registered pardevice
And nothing displayed on the lcd (20x2). The cables are good, because I
checked it with my friends machine.
Any suggestions?

PS: I haven't used lcd4linux for 7-8 months. I'm running gentoo, with
2.6.17-beyond-2.2. I double-checked the kernel configuration, so parallel
port support is present in my kernel.
