Are you really sure it's a *USB* Display? I could not find anything
about USB in the datasheet you provided....

Oh, as you got it reported by lsusb, it really seems to be a USB display :-)
But the datasheet seems not to fit the display....
Again: I'd really appreciate a driver for this display! If you need any
help, let me know....
