Hi All!

It took me a while to find that all out. Esp. the
Model-Number is a nice hint. I forgot that the
second time now.

May we want change this passage of the config-file:

    Driver 'HD44780'

Sure, not the best place to explain. But it helps a bit. 
I dunno how i should name the displays from that
company.
