Update of plugin_python.c:

* replaced fprintf(stderr,...  with error()
* corrected a "dangling reference" memory problem
* removed some PyErr_Print() spam 
* fixed a segmentation fault that occured when python module was not
found
* improved error messages

consider me being tired :-)

As we're trying to release 0.10 (without RC) as soon as we fixed this
#$&! i2c problem, please be *very* careful when modifying the main parts
of lcd4linux!
