At hte moment there's no ready-made debian package available. As soon as 
0.10 is released, there will be one (At least I hope so :-)

In fact, there's a "debian" folder in the CVS tree of Next Generation
(which will be 0.10.0), but as we never released a "NextGen" version
yet, there's no debian package. You can build one from the CVS sources
if you want.
