#8 lcd4linux does not compile on non-x86 machines - rep_nop

I want to use lcd4linux on a PPC machine - however it
will not compile because of the x86 assembly that is used.

Could you please alter the rep_nop/ndelay functions to
avoid the x86 assembly?
