Please update OpenRaster support to include mergedimage.png

The OpenRaster standard requires all files to include a flat full size preview PNG with the name mergedimage.png

There are other updates OpenRaster but including mergedimage.png is particularly important because it makes it much easier for all kinds of developers to make their programs into OpenRaster "viewers" by unzipping the container and viewing a PNG.
