#3 Missing Unit file unitdecryptopen.pas on .lpi

Hi Christopher,

Sorry for bombarding you with tickets :) ( And there's another following :( )
After tracking down the 2 packages I was missing (Splash and Eye-Candy), since I myself have been dabling into dcpcrypt myself I was able to begin compiling the app.

It doesn't actually make any difference, since you're nt using it, but the file mentioned on the title is listed on the .lpi and missing from the svn files I checked out.

Mention of unitdecryptopen.pas has been removed from the code in trunk now.
