Could you try to check whether there is a ProductID item under one key of the registry folder:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\Office\15.0\Registration\

There is no \Registration\ under 15.0 nor is there ProductID under ..\15.0\ anywhere.
15.0\ has the following folders: ClickToRun, ClickToRunStore, Common, MsoExample.
