After installing a new Lazarus Version a reinstall of own packages is needed.

This tool located and executed in an directory above your Lazarus -package-directories can scan for those and generate a short batch file for calling lazbuild for all found Package lpk-Files. Usually the new packages appear in the palette without the need of a manual Lazarus - IDE - recompile.
