#65 SpkToolbar - Items disappear from the visible area

Items disappear from the visible area when their total width exceeds the width of SpkToolbar. We need some kind of scrolling analogue. So that when some of the items are hidden outside the visible area, a right/left arrow appears to scroll through the elements.
