Basic idea is that all new items go under Alpha so we can test it then if we
are reasonably sure that it useful and functional we then will move it to
the appropriate place on the /cvsroot/lawsontools/

Given /cvsroot/lawsontools is unchangeable:

			Programmer Util
			Users Util

		System Adm

			Lawson Srvrs Adm
