I can't find 31.0esr although it is available at Mozilla from 18-Jul-2014

Now you can choose 31.x on "Release" channel folder
Because 31.x Release same as 31.x ESR
Next time, Mozilla official release of Firefox 32, you will get lawlietfox 31.0.x of ESR channel
