OpenExpert. Web based and Easy to Use Expert System.

This release includes the addition of a Client ID (or name) when printing the results of an interview. Also a number of small bug fixes are included in the release. It is recommended that all OpenExpert users upgrade to this version.

A minor bug fix release to fix a couple of issues in the install area of the web application.

There was an error in the sql code that the new install script in 0.4.0 was trying to import. The problem has been fixed.

Features and refinements in this OpenExpert release include:

* Created Import and Export wizards for interviews.
* Re-coded Carry forward text to use database rather than a cookie.
* Introduced the ability to hide answers in the admin tool to make scrolling through the questions easier in the right hand pane.
* Created Community website to facilitate the sharing interviews. http://openexpert.org

OpenExpert 0.3.1 was released last week (Feb 2009), and work has already begun on release 0.4.0 with an anticipated release coming at the beginning of March.

We have finally published the first release of code fromt he OpenExpert project. Please download and give the software a try. Please let us know when you find bugs. Also give us suggestions on how we can improve the software (or just make the improvements yourself).
