#71 2 issue

1. When acdSee installed and '2005' set for visual studio 2005 and
to type 2005 - > an acdsee icon 'png' occurs instead of vs icon

2. Feature suggest

could you please enable drag'nd'drop support for launchy\options\plugins\runner

so when user drops from explorer shortcut or file to such place for example
c:\myprog.exe
next record occur
