Assigned Launchy to winkey shortcut?
Application launcher for Windows, Mac OS X, FreeBSD and Linux

So I thought I did a regedit that disabled a windows shorcut (win+L) which I assigned to launchy. Turns out it didn't stick and now win+L logs me off rather than triggering launchy. Since I can't bring up launchy, how do I go to the launchy options again so I can change it?

I just did the same thing...but found a fix in this older thread: [ 1738969 ] Lost hotkeys. Check it out. Basically, you need to delete the launchy.ini file from c:\documents and settings\username\application data\launchy. The application data folder is probably hidden, so you'll need enable viewing for hidden files. Close launchy and then delete the .ini. file. It worked for me.

Ah, thank you so much, it worked perfectly! I actually read about deleting launchy.ini but assumed it was in program files. After not seeing it, I thought maybe it applied to an older version of launchy.

You can also change the alwaysshow=false in the launchy.ini to cause it to appear automatically when launching, make sure to be closed out of launchy before making the changes to the file

Just curious, where in the Registry are stored the Windows shortcuts (so you could disable the Win+L shortcut)? TIA...
