#50 iTunes songs indexed, but won't play

I recently upgraded to v.2 from v1.25 and cannot play tunes in iTunes, although they index fine and pop up when I search for them in Launchy.

Previously, I could type the first few letters of a song title, select it, and hit return to get iTunes to launch and start playing the tune.

Now iTunes won't launch with Launchy and, in fact, Launchy itself "crashes" (don't know how else to describe it. The pop-up Launchy window won't come up until I relaunch Launchy) when I try to play a song with it as before. There are no other problems with iTunes and this bug occurs regardless of the file type (m4a, m4p, etc).

Any suggestions? I'd really like to use the new version but I can't face not being able to use it to play my tunes!

have you tried rebuilding the catalogue?
