I cannot uninstall Launchy. It says it is in use and to close all first but I am not using it. What can I do Please???

It's running in the background. Have you tried pressing "alt+space" to bring it forward? If all else fails press control+alt+delete, find Launchy in the list of programs (in the 2nd tab) and close it.
