#95 Push-type-release

Hello

One function that I would really appreciate was if I
could bind one button(for example the windows-button)
so that when pressed launchy jumps up and I type in as
usually and then release the button to start the program.
This way it would be a lot faster to use.

I think most users would find it uncomfortable to type while
having to hold one key down. And I doubt there's many users
interested in this.
